Is it ok to use co enzyme q10, salicylic acid, sodium laureth sulfate, passionflower, pineapple, ginseng, grapefruit extracts topically during pregnancy?

Maybe: I wouldn't use any of these during pregnancy. No studies have ever shown adequate safety during pregnancy with any of these herbal meds. Why risk it?

No.: Any medication that is not necessary to, treat a medical problem should be avoided in pregnancy. This includes topicals because some of those ingredients will be absorbed into the bloodstream. Why take a chance. Stick with a good moisturizing lotion.
