Possible migraine: There is a type of migraine headache syndrome which may be associated with these symptoms .Avoid deli meat, chocolate and aged cheeses. Take Motrin and rest in a dark room. Stay well hydrated, and please see a physician. For fever, vomiting, neck stiffness or severe pain, see the Emergency room.
