No meds necessary : Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is out of your system very fast as it has short half life, and does not need medical detox. Talk to your psychiatrist or addiction expert who can guide you in right direction, you will need a supportive environment while you go through psychological detox and rehab.

Other Thoughts: I think it is great you are doing this & congratulate you. If you can get into an impatient rehab program you have a much higher likelihood of success. There you can get support & intensive counseling & learn lots about sobriety & build support. Withdrawal can cause rage, anger, sadness, anxiety, paranoia, insomnia, fatigue, & mood swings. Sometimes these symptoms will be treated with medicine go in.
