Unlikely: One soda per day shouldn't cause problems. Water is best. If 130 pounds, unlikely that you have heart problems at your age and weight. If 130 kilos, you need to lose a great deal of weight. See your doctor for diet/exercise plan. Eating and drinking healthy choices is always better. You may need to build your tolerance for exercise.
