Healthy Appetite: If you have no medical ailment and have had physical exam and blood test and they are all normal.Then the rule to have healthy appetite is to eat at least three or four meals a day and your meals are balanced with limited carbs, fruits, vegetables and source of proteins and the food is cooked well and is palatable and enjoyable and taste good when you eat it.
