Psychiatric Eval: Your being "health conscious" is now the opposite and unhealthy. This sounds possibly like OCD or a related disorder and you are in one of the right age categories. This is something that should be discussed with a good psychiatrist and therapist. Good luck, stay healthy, but remember to enjoy life and appreciate all of the wonders out there and don't worry about what you can not control.
