Not sure...: I am not sure what they mean by obstructed knee with out more context. If you have a bone spur or loose portion of meniscus or fragments, your knee can lock and cause difficulty moving and pain. If you have bakers cyst in the back of your knee, this could cause some obstruction to full flexion. I assume you are not meaning vascular obstruction. Wish i could be more help, best of luck!
