Cortisone 10?: If it is the cream for treating itching rashes, then there would be no harm. If so it would contain Hydrocortisone as the active ingredient. If it is some other substance then call poison control at 1-800-222-1222 for what to do.

ACCIDENTAL INGESTION: You didn't mention your child's age. Did s/he swallow the otc cortisone-10 cream? If so, and ingested small amount, not to worry this time. Make sure all medicines and any small object should be out of reach of the child. If not cortisone-10, read the name correctly and call poison control center for further advise. Also contact your child's pediatrician.
