When should i be concerned about a small fall by my child onto concrete?

Depends on situation: Most kids who fall from their standing height or less, that don't get knocked out by the fall, will do ok with home monitoring. If they were running, fell into an object, left a dent in the head, got knocked out or began to throw up repeatedly it is time to be evaluated.
