Trauma, hypothyroid: Direct trauma can cause any type of nerve sensation to the head. Since you already have headaches, that can be a source. Low thyroid can be a source. See your neurologist that treats your headaches and he would know more about your condition with a history, physical exam and maybe a ct brain he may order.
