Yes: If your question is, is it possible on oral birth control to miss a period and still not be pregnant, the answer is yes. While not typical, I have had patients who skip a period on the birth control pill. If you didn't miss any pills, it's very unlikely that you could be pregnant. If you've missed a period, however, there's nor harm in checking with a home pregnancy test. Good luck!
