Home pregnancy test: I assume your boyfriend didn't wear a condom which could lower risk for both pregnancy & sexually transmitted disease/infection. In us, home pregnancy tests are inexpensive to purchase w/o prescription. I don't know about pakistan. You might be feeling ill because you have a pelvic infection from rectal bacteria being transferred to your vagina. It's time to go see your family doctor. Good luck!
