Drs may give u: Different diagnoses based on their assessment.Back pain among young people like u is usually muscular in origin. Of course, there are many other possibilities like arthritis, slipped disc, pinched nerve, scoliosis etc. Imaging studies may help pinpoint the exact diagnosis.
