See physiatrist: Depending on when and exactly where you get your symptoms, there are multiple potential causes. Most get better with a good core strengthening program under the supervision of a physical therapist. If not contraindicated, a brief course of oral or local anti-inflammatories can be helpful. Back pain: Is difficult and you are young. You did not say if you had an injury . At any rate you should be on full strength antiinflmatory meds like 800 mg Ibuprofen with food three times a day at 3 aleve (naproxen) tablets twice a day with food, no heavy lifting, pushing or pilling, bending or twisting. Sleep legs bent pillow between and beneath. If fresh hurt ice 3 tjmes a day 15mim, not heat 15 min 3x.

Back pain: The most likely cause at age 19 is muscle- ligament strain unless you have congenital scoliosis or ankylosing spondylitis. Hope you did not have fall, trauma or injury or lifted heavy weight abnormal way. For strain otc analgesic tablet , cream or patch would help you and pain goes away in 3 weeks.
