Normal or miscarry: It is not uncommon to have bleeding during the first trimester of pregnancy. In the setting of bleeding without cramping, the chance of miscarriage is likely lower than if you were having bad cramping. Regardless, this is a reason to call your doctor and go in to get assessed by ultrasound. Also ask your doctor if you are a candidate for rhogam.

Threatened miscarri: You are or might be having a threatened miscarriage i would advice you to see your gynecologist as soon as possible, he/she will order an ultrasound to confirm viability of the pregnancy.
