Yes: If you are having heavy bleeding with crippling pain you should certainly contact the physician who is managing your care and let them know what you are experiencing. They may want to evaluate you again in the office, consider doing lab tests and/or changing meds but they can't make those decisions if you don't let them know. Take care.
