1-2 weeks: Go get rechecked in 1-2 weeks. I also recommend not having sex until you've confirmed the infection is cleared up, using a condom in the future to help prevent std's, and not having sex with your partner until they have been treated and retested.

3 weeks: I usually recommend retesting in 3 weeks after treatment. You should not have intercourse until you and your partner test negative. If your symptomatic you should return to your physician asap.

Taken doxycycline 14 days for chlamydia which ends next Thursday and I had rocephin shot yesterday for gonarrhea when is safe for sex I know some said wait a week, Im not sure when considering 2 different treatments, would i be safe by next weekend?
