Hair Loss: Telogen effluvium is a form of nonscarring alopecia characterized by diffuse hair shedding, often with an acute onset.Telogen effluvium is a reactive process caused by a metabolic or hormonal stress or by medications or just stress. Generally, recovery is spontaneous and occurs within 6 months. Treatment is with B12 injections once a month.

See below: You should see a dermatologist. Rule out medical causes that could cause hair loss like hypothyroidissm and iron deficiency. Possibly you could get rogaine (minoxidil) gel to help hair grow or a pill called propecia.
