Makes sense: It makes sense in a number of ways. The different levels of various hormones in your internal environment might play a role. The cultural and circumstantial meaning of menses and sexuality are often brought into consciousness around that time. Even relatively simple practical wardrobe choices can add stress for some. Makes sense, no? Try to relax about that at least. ;-).

Period: These are symptoms my patients often report when they are about to get their period. This doesn't happen for everyone, but it can.
