Swallowed NG: First are you sure you swallowed it? Was it a small appliance like an nti? Something like that may pass without incident, however, it may be safe to see your dr and see if they suggest an xray to determine location of the appliance. If you are in any stress at all go to the er. Good luck.

See a doctor/hospita: Even though the material is not toxic possible damage internally could be a concern, especially if it is a hard version. You obviously are not choking but i would see a doctor/hospital to evaluate and treat asap.

Hope it comes out: You can try to use laxative and see if it comes out
if it does not you need to take chext cray to make sure it did not go to the lungs
if it didn't, you can check with your GI doctor.
