Gluten intolerance: Not sure if it is your case or not but there are claims out there that gluten intolerance presents any way it wants. Classical symptoms are weight loss, diarrhea, symptoms of anemia (iron deficiency) in advanced cases, abdominal discomfort, bloating. Other than unsettled stomach, the other ones you mentioned didn't fit that presentation, but you can recur to a blood test that should tell.
