My feet are always hot at night. i can't sleep w/o my feet hanging over the bed. i'm 23, not diabetic and it's lasted over 10yrs. what's wrong?

Hot feet: You may have venous stasis, where the blood pools in your feet at night because on incompetant valve in your veins or you may have restless leg syndrome. You might want to consult a vascular surgeon.

SLEEP: Please check your iron and ferritin levels, you may have RLS or restless leg syndrome or ekbaum's syndrome. Also do a sleep study to rule out plmd periodic limb movement disorder and other medical causes if necessary.
