For the past month i've been having all of the pregnancy symptoms. i've taken four tests and theyve all been negative. could i still be pregnant?

Probably not.: Pregnancy tests are very accurate. Four negative tests means you are not pregnant even though you still have pregnancy symptoms. Are you have normal menstrual cycles? If you wanted to be 100% sure, a doctor could draw your blood and do a pregnancy test.
