Weakness: Mom needs to be medically assessed at her age, she may be dehydrated, she may have an infection, she needs to see a doctor.

Dont know: The symptoms are no appetite, fatigue and pain. She is 83 years old. I'm not sure how long this has lasted, nor do I know her medial history. Considering her age and symptoms, she should be evaluated in the emergency room as soon as possible.
