Comments: Are you sure that FTD is a correct diagnosis, as she is in a far older age group for this problem, and may be Alzheimer's instead? Not clear why she would be taking chlorpromazine or Depakote for FTD as sole drugs which have ever provided benefit are SSRI's. However, the "weak and tired" can be secondary to the current drugs. Suggest second opinion, as I have loads of concerns as above.
