What can cause one sided moderate ear pain, eye pain, facial pain, throat pain and tenderness beneath the jaw and ear? it's one-sided only.

Many possibilities: It could be anything from a muscle strain to a tumor... Unfortunately without more information i would be guessing. I would suggest seeing a facial pain specialist, usually a dentist, or an ENT physician for an evaluation and treatment.
