Several possibilitie: A hard painful lump on labia found after walking and a day after shaving - the likeliest is a pimple, basically a skin infection in a hair follicle. That would be hard, red, painful. You could have pinched that area of skin and it's swollen and bruised. A genital wart is usually not painful. You are the wrong age for abnormal cells. See your doc if its not getting better in a few days.
