Probably: It depends on what your symptoms are and how long after ingestion they occur, and if the symptoms always occur for you. See an allergist for testing and desensitization if you need the Aspirin for another diagnosis (like your heart).

Aspirin: If the hives always coincide with taking Aspirin i would say yes, it can take hours for them to show up, but i would not gamble taking it any longer until you are thoroughly evaluated by an allergist.
