No: In order to diagnose breast cancer, a piece of tissue has to be sent for pathology; culture diagnoses bacterias, fungus, viruses, etc.

No: This is not an infectious disease. The possibility is very serious and i would urge you to talk with your physician candidly about the biopsy that may have been performed or may be planned.
