There is no test: Fm is diagnosed on the basis of a history and the physical exam. There are no diagnostic tests.

No test: Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion (tests exclude other possible diseases) and if you fit the criteria then fibromyalgia is diagnosed.
