Antibiotic-OC failur: Unfortunately, antibiotics may cause oral contraceptives to have altered absorption and thereby fail in their efficacy. If you are concerned, would check a pregnancy test. Ocp: Contraceptive pills can fail sometimes. Especially when taking antibiotics which can sometimes cause the level of the hormones decrease making it fail.
