Try receiving care: From local dental school. Unfortunately the antibiotics will only be a very short-term symptomatic fix. The underlying problems will still be present and will likely resurface and sometimes even more significantly. There should also be some public aid clinics/dentists that can attend to your issues.

Toothache: Antibiotics will help with an abscessed tooth, but won't solve the underlying problem. Who prescribed the antibiotic, and what did he/she recommend? Sounds like you may need a root canal, an incision and drainage, or even extraction of the tooth. You can receive affordable care at several clinics in the dallas area, including baylor college of dentistry, who has an emergency clinic. Good luck!
