Treatment: Fda approved treatments include oral endothelin receptor antagonists (eras), ambrisentan and bosentan; oral phosphodiesterase inhibitors, tadalafil and sildenafil; and prostanoids (iloprost, epoprostenol, and treprostinil) that can be delivered via inhalation or by intravenous or subcutaneous infusion.
