Heat of shower: And standing can cause peripheral vasodilation and increased blood flow to the lower extremities - can cause slight drop in systolic blood pressure and if your friend has a lower end BP anyhow, this can cause temporary decreased blood flow within the brain and symptoms of light headedness, dizziness, visual disturbances, etc.
