PMS: You do not need a uterus to have pms. You will still ovulate and the hormones will continue to cycle even though you do not have a period. The changing hormone levels during the cycle can cause the symptoms you experience.

Need evaluation: I am strongly assuming that you did not have your ovaries removed. They can still be a source of monthly pain and discomfort. You also can still get cycle related symptoms of bloating. Perhaps for the same reasons that you had your uterus taken out at age 25, you need a repeat evaluation that would include a careful history, exam and likely ultrasound. Good luck!
