Sexual side effects : May not resolve while on the medication. Please speak with your prescriber. Reducing the dose, adding in another medication or change of medication are some options. Take care.

No, not perm: There are several strategies to target sexual side effects from ssris. If the issue is response, try not taking the med on the day of your 'date' and restart it afterwards. (mini med holiday). If the problem is libido and not response, trying an augmentation agent or switching to buproprion might help.
