Wart sticking out: A pedunculated wart is usually sticking by a think stalk on the skin. The part sticking out may have a rough surface texture and be pink-brown or skin-colored.

See below: It is where the wart pushes under the skin instead of on top and there will usually be a small indentation on the skin.
