See your doctor: Could be a wart. Most over the counter wart removers do not work very well. However, always best to have your doctor confirm the diagnosis and recommend a treatment course.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try over the counter wart remedies, if that does not work or other lesions appear, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine.
