Means normal : Lordosis is the name for the normal curvature of your lower back. As there is a normal roundness to the thoracic spine, there is a curving in of the lumbar spine, resulting in the "small" of your back. That lordosis is maintained means that the normal curvature is there (i'm guessing this was from an x-ray report).

Good thing: When you look at your spine from the side, the lumbar spine is supposed to normally have this sway (lordosis), to allow your head to be over your shoulders and over your waist. The report implies that your lumbar spine has the normal sway.
