Yes: The sutures would most likely not be removed until there was sufficient wound closure. You could eat whatever you want.

Yes: You can eat burgers after your sutures are removed. Many patients eat their normal diet immediately following surgery while the sutures are still in place.

Yes: Generally you want to be on a soft diet and if you don't have any problem biting one than you should be okay. Make sure to rinse your mouth and clean the extraction area after every meal.
