Take a test: Most pregnancy tests will turn positive about 2-3 weeks after conception. This is usually about the time of your next expected period after conception. If it is negative at that exact point, it might still be too early. I tell patients to repeat the test one week later (at about 3-4 weeks after conception, about 5 weeks from the first day of your last period).
