Is there a medical risk? Have bump of trapped acne pus formed under the skin of nose or "supra alar crease." Originally an open pore. Used Tretinoin.
What causes pimples to do this? I have one that is very bloody and pus filled. It popped twice. It's on the bridge of my nose it's big and swollen.
