Pustular acne: You might be describing (pustular) acne. Check out https://www.aad.org/dermatology-a-to-z/for-kids/about-skin/acne-pimples-and-zits/different-kinds-of-pimples. There are many over-the-counter acne treatments here in the States. Failing that, go see your Family Doc or Dermatologist for diagnosis & treatment.

Sebaceous glands: The nose is packed with sebaceous glands that make oils and thick sebum (the white stuff). Pus is thin and associated with infections. Unless you have acne or another infection, painless, thick, white sebum is what your are expressing. The sebum helps protect the skin and provides moisture, so it is normal. Different people make varying amounts. If it is problematic, consult a dermatologist.
