Not good for kids: Thiis basically is a high dose vitamin a product. Side effects can include irritability, sleepiness, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of consciousness, headache, vision problems, peeling skin, increased risk of pneumonia and diarrhea, and other problems. Maximum doses for kids are established and exceeding those can lead to the side effects mentioned.
