Yes but dont try it: Any fracture could heal without intervention but it may not heal properly. In addition, a fracture may not heal at all. Therefore you should always follow your orthopedists instructions. Scaphoid fractures have a much higher risk of not healing therefore proper treatment is even more essential for a successful outcome.
