Maybe: It might help and will not cause any issues to try. It is just over the counter medications that benefit some people with migraines and is seen as an abortive medication. If it does not, then you will have to consider prescription medications, such as triptans or ergots that can be more effective for abortive therapy. Excedrin migraine does work very well for some people, and others it does not.
