Headache medication: Yes. The strength of the medication decreases over time. It is close enough to the expiration date that the medication should still be effective.

Yes: Realize you are taking half a Tylenol (acetaminophen) and a bunch of caffeine though. (check the ingredients). Be mindful of the fact that many people develop chronic daily headaches because of excessive use of Excedrin. They get addicted to the caffeine then get a headache when it wears off. At least a bottle of Excedrin has lasted at least 2 months in your case.
