No: A concussion will not cause fever. If the damage is severe enough to cause a skull fracture with a dural tear leading to meningitis or encephalitis, or there is subdural bleeding, which can cause elevation of temperature, then there can be fever, but then you are not just dealing with a concussion alone anymore.
