No but...: It will not cause a positive result for marijuana but drug screen will most likely be positive for amphetamine.

No: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is metabolized to dexto-amphetamine and l-lysine. It may show positive for amphetamine/ methamphetamine on a drug test but it will not test positive for thc (marijuana).
