It could: There are many ways to diagnosis cancer. In reference to the ovary the simplest, safest, and easiest test is a pelvic ultrasound. If the ovary is abnormal it can be followed with serial ultrasounds or an MRI could be perfermormed. That would be the best imaging test. That being said ovarian cancers can be diagnosed with ct but usually it's because the ct was done for some other reason.
